M\u00eame si les prestations ne peuvent pas \u00eatre factur\u00e9es aujourd'hui en tenant compte des co\u00fbts, Medbase mise sur cette forme de soins innovante. L'\u00e9valuation men\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent montre une\u00a0<strong>Am\u00e9lioration de la collaboration interprofessionnelle<\/strong>. De m\u00eame, les NPs s'av\u00e8rent appropri\u00e9es pour\u00a0<strong>Traitement de cas d\u00e9finis en r\u00e9union de m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale\u00a0<\/strong>de prendre en charge les patients. En compl\u00e9ment, il s'av\u00e8re que gr\u00e2ce au suivi \u00e9troit des PN, les\u00a0<strong>Les recommandations de la SSED pour la diab\u00e9tologie peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0et peuvent ainsi conduire \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration significative de la prise en charge des patients atteints de diab\u00e8te de type II, ce qui est \u00e9galement
