Mais en m\u00eame temps, nous estimons que la comparaison de la m\u00e9dication doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e dans un paragraphe sp\u00e9cifique en ce qui concerne son introduction et son obligation. Avant l'introduction obligatoire du plan de m\u00e9dication, les conditions pr\u00e9alables correspondantes doivent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, des d\u00e9lais de transition doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9finis.<\/p><p>Voici notre position centrale.<\/p><p><strong>Le plan de m\u00e9dication et la comparaison de la m\u00e9dication cr\u00e9ent de nouvelles exigences et responsabilit\u00e9s qu'il convient de distinguer. Le plan de m\u00e9dication vise l'exhaustivit\u00e9 des informations et devrait \u00eatre introduit de mani\u00e8re obligatoire pour toutes les personnes qui prescrivent ou remettent des m\u00e9dicaments. En revanche, les comp\u00e9tences et les responsabilit\u00e9s pour la comparaison de la m\u00e9dication sont plus complexes et organis\u00e9es diff\u00e9remment. Ces deux mesures (le plan de m\u00e9dication et la comparaison des m\u00e9dicaments) devraient donc \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e en ce qui concerne leur introduction et leur obligation et \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es dans des paragraphes distincts.<\/strong><\/p><p>Nous sommes convaincus qu'avec cette prise de position, nous soutenons les objectifs de la r\u00e9vision -
