Il n'y a aucune raison de douter de cette structure qui a fait ses preuves !<\/p><p>Vous voyez les choses diff\u00e9remment ? Vous \u00eates d'avis que les collaborateurs doivent agir de mani\u00e8re organis\u00e9e et autonome et que l'entreprise n'est responsable que de la mise \u00e0 disposition d'un cadre optimal (p. ex. IT &amp; administration). Vous n'\u00eates pas le seul \u00e0 \u00eatre de cet avis. En Hollande, un tel mod\u00e8le d'organisation s'est \u00e9tabli avec succ\u00e8s dans les soins ambulatoires - le mod\u00e8le Buurtzorg. Le mod\u00e8le a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 2007 avec 4 infirmiers et infirmi\u00e8res. Aujourd'hui, plus de 10 000 infirmiers et infirmi\u00e8res sont employ\u00e9s dans cette organisation. Les r\u00e9sultats sont remarquables : grande satisfaction des clients et des soignants, \u00e9conomies pouvant atteindre 30%.<\/p><p>Il y a deux ans, Spitex Zurich Limmat AG a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 restructurer son organisation selon le mod\u00e8le Buurtzorg. Lors du fmc Club, la CEO Christina Brunnschweiler r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 vos questions. Vous d\u00e9couvrirez sur place les <strong>Raisons<\/strong> ont conduit \u00e0 la r\u00e9organisation.
