Entre-temps, les experts, l'administration et le monde politique ont toutefois reconnu que la mise en \u0153uvre du DPE et la r\u00e9alisation de ses objectifs sont encore loin d'\u00eatre achev\u00e9es. Afin d'am\u00e9liorer la situation, le DFI a ouvert en juin 2023 la proc\u00e9dure de consultation relative \u00e0 une r\u00e9vision compl\u00e8te de la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur le
