proches, sur laquelle vous pouvez signaler des incidents concrets ou des exp\u00e9riences personnelles.\u00a0<\/p><p>La plate-forme est g\u00e9r\u00e9e par la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spo.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organisation suisse des patients OSP<\/a>\u00a0et le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/patientensicherheit.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fondation pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients en Suisse<\/a>\u00a0et vise \u00e0 renforcer la voix des patients et de leurs proches dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 la
