Cependant, ces d\u00e9fis sont abord\u00e9s avec des concepts et des approches diff\u00e9rents, et dans des contextes diff\u00e9rents.<\/h3><div><h3>Dans le cadre de son 25e anniversaire, le symposium fmc a donc regard\u00e9 bien au-del\u00e0 de son horizon et a appris de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e des exp\u00e9riences d'autres pays. Dans le cadre de keynotes et de pr\u00e9sentations de projets, des intervenants de diff\u00e9rents pays ont d\u00e9crit leurs exp\u00e9riences et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs diff\u00e9rentes approches en mati\u00e8re de soins et de prise en charge pour promouvoir les soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Le transfert des connaissances au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 suisse s'est fait de mani\u00e8re participative dans le cadre des sessions parall\u00e8les.<\/h3><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section r\u00e9partir les ressources et les r\u00f4les<\/strong> <br \/>(pr\u00e9sentations, entre autres, d'Afrique du Sud)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>R\u00e9ussir les soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un changement de syst\u00e8me<\/strong> <br \/>(Pr\u00e9sentations des \u00c9tats-Unis, de la Finlande, de la Flandre\/Belgique)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><br \/>Avec ce symposium, le Forum suisse pour les soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s fmc a donn\u00e9 - dans l'esprit de sa tradition\/histoire de 25 ans - de nouvelles impulsions pour le d\u00e9veloppement des soins
