Les trois mesures, \u00e0 savoir le service de conseil initial, les r\u00e9seaux de soins coordonn\u00e9s et les programmes destin\u00e9s aux patients, visent \u00e0 promouvoir les soins coordonn\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Lors de la manifestation de la fmc consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la politique de la sant\u00e9, des repr\u00e9sentants de l'OFSP, des assureurs-maladie, des soins, des r\u00e9seaux de m\u00e9decins, des cantons des patients, de Spitex Suisse et de pharmasuisse ont discut\u00e9 de l'introduction des trois mesures suivantes : premier centre de consultation, r\u00e9seaux de soins coordonn\u00e9s et programmes pour les patients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
