L'\u00e9tude men\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9seau de m\u00e9decins Delta en Suisse romande montre qu'un feed-back syst\u00e9matique sur les performances dans les cercles de qualit\u00e9 a permis de r\u00e9duire significativement la r\u00e9alisation ou la prescription de trois mesures pr\u00e9sentant un faible b\u00e9n\u00e9fice m\u00e9dical.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c9valuation du m\u00e9decin et feedback pendant le cercle de qualit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire les services \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e chez les patients externes : une \u00e9tude pr\u00e9-post d'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>

Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, diff\u00e9rentes mesures tentent de r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9alisation\/prescription d'actes m\u00e9dicaux inutiles. Avec \"Smarter Medicine\", il existe depuis 2017 une association de soutien dont l'objectif est de \"limiter, voire supprimer les pratiques m\u00e9dicales qui n'apportent pas de valeur ajout\u00e9e aux patients (Lien<\/a>)\".<\/p>

Plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es ont publi\u00e9 une liste des 5 meilleures pratiques. Mais on sait peu de choses sur la mani\u00e8re dont ces recommandations sont appliqu\u00e9es dans la pratique et sur la fa\u00e7on dont cette application peut \u00eatre soutenue dans la pratique. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau de m\u00e9decins Delta en Suisse romande s'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pench\u00e9e sur cette question. Dans les cercles de qualit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau, un feed-back syst\u00e9matique sur les performances a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pour trois mesures ayant une faible utilit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale, avec pour effet que les trois mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 significativement moins pratiqu\u00e9es ou prescrites apr\u00e8s l'intervention. En revanche, les changements dans le groupe de contr\u00f4le n'\u00e9taient pas statistiquement significatifs au cours de la p\u00e9riode \u00e9tudi\u00e9e.<\/p>

L'\u00e9tude montre tr\u00e8s bien que des changements de comportement sont possibles. Ils n\u00e9cessitent toutefois une structure de soutien et de qualit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
