Celle-ci constitue un fondement professionnel permettant de d\u00e9finir la mission sp\u00e9cifique du travail social en lien avec la sant\u00e9 et renforce le positionnement de ce domaine d'activit\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Pourquoi une nouvelle charte ?<br \/><\/strong>L'exp\u00e9rience acquise ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es a montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point il est important de disposer d'orientations claires. La nouvelle charte offre aux professionnels un cadre commun pour la mission du travail social en lien avec la sant\u00e9. Elle d\u00e9crit les principes fondamentaux, les objectifs et les publics cibles, ainsi que les domaines d'activit\u00e9, les offres et les crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9, tout en s'inscrivant dans la continuit\u00e9 du <a href=\"https:\/\/avenirsocial.ch\/fachwissen\/berufskodex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nouveau code de d\u00e9ontologie du travail social en Suisse.<\/a> \u00e0.<br \/>Lors de son \u00e9laboration, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenu compte tant des aspects techniques que des particularit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions linguistiques.
