L'objectif : coordonner et optimiser les interfaces le long du parcours du patient (ambulatoire-stationnaire-ambulatoire) en promouvant la num\u00e9risation et en intensifiant les \u00e9changes entre les sp\u00e9cialistes du groupe Lindenhof et les m\u00e9decins de premier recours de mediX bern.<\/p><p>Thomas Suter, m\u00e9decin-chef de la Clinique m\u00e9dicale du Lindenhof, et le Dr Conner Fuhrer, sp\u00e9cialiste en m\u00e9decine interne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et directeur de mediX bern, parlent dans une interview de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de coop\u00e9ration et des projets futurs. Ils d\u00e9crivent entre autres avec quels\u00a0<strong>des mesures qui favorisent l'\u00e9change entre les personnes concern\u00e9es, am\u00e9liorent la qualit\u00e9 des traitements et assurent le flux d'informations pour un traitement optimis\u00e9 des patients<\/strong> (mots cl\u00e9s pertinents : faire connaissance, \u00e9change, confiance ;
