Or, cela n'est gu\u00e8re possible en Suisse et c'est pourquoi l'OFSP a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u00e9but mai 2022 de permettre \u00e0 la recherche d'acc\u00e9der plus facilement aux donn\u00e9es. Le travail est divis\u00e9 en une partie analytique et une partie empirique. Dans la partie analytique, une analyse \u00e9thique et juridique a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e en examinant d'une part les points de controverse \u00e9thiques et d'autre part les normes juridiques suisses en vigueur en mati\u00e8re d'utilisation et de partage des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9. Pour quel type de recherche ? Pour atteindre quels objectifs politiques (p. ex. plus de qualit\u00e9 ? plus de rentabilit\u00e9 ?)<\/li><li>Le D<strong>Le dilemme de l'association des donn\u00e9es doit \u00eatre r\u00e9solu<\/strong>. Les interconnexions sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 possibles aujourd'hui, mais elles sont co\u00fbteuses Il faut mener une discussion ouverte sur ce que signifie l'absence d'interconnexion officiellement possible des donn\u00e9es et sur les alternatives existantes.<\/li><li>D\u00e9finition de la <strong>Conditions-cadres pour un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de donn\u00e9es<\/strong>Le projet de loi sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (LPD), qui d\u00e9finit les processus (p. ex. contrats\/proc\u00e9dures standardis\u00e9s pour l'\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es) et donne des indications claires sur la mani\u00e8re dont la protection des donn\u00e9es doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>L'examen des projets danois et l'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des parties prenantes ont en outre mis en \u00e9vidence l'importance de l'approche de la gestion de projet. <strong>D\u00e9montrer les avantages mutuels de l'exploitation des donn\u00e9es<\/strong> et l'importance de la <strong>Cr\u00e9ation d'une infrastructure proc\u00e9durale et institutionnelle pour faciliter l'\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9.<\/strong> est un probl\u00e8me.
