Les avis divergent quant \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de les promouvoir et \u00e0 leur fonctionnement concret. Il est inspirant d\u2019observer, sur le terrain, au sein du club fmc, les initiatives dans lesquelles les soins de base interprofessionnels sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u0153uvre.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">En 2025, le voyage d'\u00e9tude fmc\/BMC en Pologne a eu lieu. \u00c0 cette occasion, nous avons constat\u00e9 que les points communs et les d\u00e9fis des deux syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 \u00e9taient similaires. Les th\u00e8mes centraux, tant en Pologne qu'en Suisse, sont les suivants :<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">la gestion du\u00a0<b>la p\u00e9nurie croissante de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e<\/b>,<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">la r\u00e9alisation d'une\u00a0<b>soins structur\u00e9s<\/b>\u00a0en cas de maladies non transmissibles,<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">la\u00a0<b>Promotion de la pr\u00e9vention<\/b><\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement d'une\u00a0<b>plateforme informatique d'aide \u00e0 la gestion des soins<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Nous aborderons ces quatre th\u00e8mes en collaboration avec\u00a0<b>Marika Guzek<\/b>, experte en soins,\u00a0<b>Pavel Zuk<\/b>, cardiologue et cofondateur du groupe Centrum Medyczno\u00a0<a title=\"URL d&#039;origine : https:\/\/centrum.med.pl\/.
