Elle se base sur une intervention d'une assurance maladie suisse qui a inform\u00e9 plus de 60 000 assur\u00e9s, par le biais de lettres personnalis\u00e9es, sur les g\u00e9n\u00e9riques moins chers et \u00e9quivalents sur le plan th\u00e9rapeutique. Un design quasi-exp\u00e9rimental permet d'isoler l'effet causal de cette information. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent un net changement de comportement : la probabilit\u00e9 de passer aux g\u00e9n\u00e9riques passe d'environ 10 % \u00e0 plus de 30 %, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un quasi-quadruplement.<\/p>\n<p>Il est remarquable que cet effet soit largement ind\u00e9pendant des incitations financi\u00e8res. M\u00eame les patients qui ne r\u00e9alisent pas d'\u00e9conomies directes r\u00e9agissent fortement aux informations fournies. Cela indique que ce n'est pas en premier lieu l'absence d'incitations tarifaires, mais le manque d'information ou d'attention qui constitue un obstacle central aux d\u00e9cisions efficaces dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9. En m\u00eame temps, l'\u00e9tude montre que l'intervention est li\u00e9e \u00e0 des co\u00fbts minimaux, mais qu'elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re des \u00e9conomies substantielles.<\/p>\n<p>Du point de vue des soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sultats soulignent l'importance de patients inform\u00e9s et activement impliqu\u00e9s. Des soins efficaces n\u00e9cessitent non seulement des processus coordonn\u00e9s entre les fournisseurs de prestations, mais aussi de la transparence et de la clart\u00e9 pour les personnes concern\u00e9es, afin qu'elles puissent agir en tant que partenaires dans le processus de soins.
