L'objectif de l'\u00e9tude \u00e9tait de comprendre quels assur\u00e9s ont chang\u00e9 d'assureur maladie et quels facteurs ont influenc\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision. Les donn\u00e9es se basent sur environ 99 % de tous les assur\u00e9s en Suisse (8,9 millions de personnes).<\/span><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\">Au total, 8,4 % des assur\u00e9s ont chang\u00e9 de prestataire au tournant de l'ann\u00e9e 2023\/2024.<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\">Les personnes ayant des franchises \u00e9lev\u00e9es et un faible volume de co\u00fbts se sont montr\u00e9es particuli\u00e8rement enclines \u00e0 changer de caisse : pour une franchise de 2 500 CHF, le taux de changement \u00e9tait de 13 %, alors qu'il n'\u00e9tait que de 5,9 % pour la franchise standard de 300 CHF.<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\">Les assur\u00e9s dont les frais de sant\u00e9 d\u00e9passaient 2 000 CHF ne changeaient plus d'assurance que dans une proportion inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne ; le comportement de changement diminue avec l'augmentation des frais. Seuls 2,5% des personnes ayant des frais de sant\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 50 000 CHF ont encore chang\u00e9 d'assurance.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ces diff\u00e9rences indiquent un comportement s\u00e9lectif - les assur\u00e9s en bonne sant\u00e9 profitent davantage de la possibilit\u00e9 de changer d'assureur que les personnes souffrant de maladies chroniques ou complexes.
