L'objectif \u00e9tait de rendre la qualit\u00e9 de vie li\u00e9e \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mesurable et utilisable comme indicateur de qualit\u00e9 dans les soins ambulatoires.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Dans le cadre du projet soutenu par Innosuisse, un instrument pratique et peu co\u00fbteux a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et test\u00e9 dans deux cabinets pilotes. Les patients ont rempli le questionnaire sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie physique et psychique ainsi que sur le style de vie et les attentes en mati\u00e8re de traitement. Les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 visualis\u00e9es via un tableau de bord et \u00e9taient imm\u00e9diatement disponibles pour les m\u00e9decins de famille en vue d'une consultation. Les \u00e9volutions du traitement, les besoins et les changements au fil du temps ont ainsi pu \u00eatre mis en \u00e9vidence.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Au niveau du cabinet, les donn\u00e9es PROM agr\u00e9g\u00e9es permettent d'\u00e9tablir de premi\u00e8res comparaisons sur les groupes de patients, la qualit\u00e9 de vie ou le succ\u00e8s du traitement et ouvrent des perspectives pour des analyses plus approfondies (par exemple, formation de clusters ou comparaisons entre groupes).<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Les \"Lessons Learned\" du projet pilote montrent : Les PROM renforcent la communication m\u00e9decin-patient et favorisent les d\u00e9cisions centr\u00e9es sur le patient. Pour une introduction durable, une meilleure int\u00e9gration dans le d\u00e9roulement de la pratique, des interfaces avec le dossier m\u00e9dical ainsi que des compensations financi\u00e8res pour le surcro\u00eet de travail sont toutefois n\u00e9cessaires.
