Si l\u2019on se contente de modifier ces derniers \u2013 ce qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus simple \u2013, on ne prend que partiellement, voire pas du tout, en compte les personnes qui travaillent dans ces structures ou avec ces processus. Il en r\u00e9sulte une frustration et une contrari\u00e9t\u00e9 qui r\u00e9duisent la volont\u00e9 au changement. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe favorise la volont\u00e9 au changement, ind\u00e9pendamment du secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 et de la taille de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que Forum suisse des soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s (fmc), nous donnons des impulsions pour la transformation de notre syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. Cela suppose une volont\u00e9 de changement de la part des personnes concern\u00e9es, qui peut \u00eatre favoris\u00e9e par la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique. Le fmc organise \u00e0 cet effet un webinaire destin\u00e9 aux cadres. Il s\u2019agit moins de la th\u00e9orie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique que de sa mise en place et de sa mise en \u0153uvre concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1cc775 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e1cc775\"
