Si l'on ne modifie que ces derni\u00e8res - ce qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus simple -, les personnes qui travaillent dans ces structures ou avec ces processus ne sont que partiellement ou pas du tout concern\u00e9es. Il en r\u00e9sulte de la frustration et de la col\u00e8re qui r\u00e9duisent la disposition au changement. Ce qui favorise la disposition au changement, c'est la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au sein de l'\u00e9quipe, et ce ind\u00e9pendamment de la branche et de la taille de l'\u00e9quipe.<\/p><p>En tant que Forum suisse pour les soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s (fmc), nous donnons des impulsions pour la transformation de notre syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. Celle-ci pr\u00e9suppose une disposition au changement correspondante des personnes impliqu\u00e9es, qui peut \u00eatre encourag\u00e9e par la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique. C'est pourquoi la fmc organise un webinaire pour les cadres.
