Le Care Management de SWICA assume des t\u00e2ches de coordination entre les patientes et les patients, les m\u00e9decins, les th\u00e9rapeutes, les employeurs et les autres services impliqu\u00e9s. Les Care Managers offrent une aide individuelle pour faire face \u00e0 des situations m\u00e9dicales exigeantes et complexes, \u00e0 une incapacit\u00e9 de travail ou \u00e0 des phases de vie difficiles li\u00e9es \u00e0 une maladie ou \u00e0 un accident. Ce service est propos\u00e9 aux clients individuels assur\u00e9s contre la maladie et \u00e0 leurs proches, ainsi qu'aux entreprises clientes (contrats collectifs indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res et
