Des experts orient\u00e9s vers la pratique ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences. Ils ont expliqu\u00e9 comment une r\u00e9gion de sant\u00e9 peut \u00eatre mise en place, comment les fournisseurs de prestations r\u00e9gionaux peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, quels r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et o\u00f9 des \u00e9cueils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9s. Les exp\u00e9riences nationales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par un regard sur l'Am\u00e9rique et une pr\u00e9sentation sur les d\u00e9veloppements des ACO (Accountable Care Organisations) qui y sont implant\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
