L'impulsion fmc d\u00e9crit les cinq recommandations<\/p><ul><li>Ancrage r\u00e9gional et institutionnel<\/li><li>Pratiques de communication pour le d\u00e9veloppement des isi<\/li><li>Analyse strat\u00e9gique et d\u00e9veloppement de la gouvernance et des processus de cr\u00e9ation de valeur pour des groupes de population d\u00e9limitables<\/li><li>Optimisation des processus de cr\u00e9ation de valeur ax\u00e9s sur la population<\/li><li>D\u00e9veloppement collaboratif<\/li><\/ul><p>qui devraient \u00eatre pris en compte pour un d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9ussi des initiatives
