d'\u00e9valuer le niveau de maturit\u00e9 des soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans une r\u00e9gion et d'identifier le potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement ult\u00e9rieur (CIP - processus d'am\u00e9lioration continue).<\/p><p>L'outil existe depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, mais aujourd'hui la HEIG VD (Haute \u00c9cole d'Ing\u00e9nierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud) l'a appliqu\u00e9 aux r\u00e9gions sanitaires du canton.
