\u00e9vidence un \u00e9ventuel potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement ult\u00e9rieur (PAC - processus d'am\u00e9lioration continue).<\/p><p>L'instrument existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, mais la HEIG VD (Haute \u00c9cole d'Ing\u00e9nierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud) l'a maintenant appliqu\u00e9 aux r\u00e9gions de soins du canton.
