Par le biais de mesures syst\u00e9matiques, de strat\u00e9gies, de processus et de conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel, dans la gestion de la qualit\u00e9, dans la centration sur les utilisateurs\/patients ainsi que dans la formation continue des collaborateurs, elles peuvent renforcer les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 des personnes. Malgr\u00e9 son grand potentiel, l'ancrage durable de ce que l'on appelle les comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 dans la pratique quotidienne est jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent difficile.
